Frenchs Forest, with neighbouring Belrose, is the inland, bushland-fringe part of the Northern Beaches, and that sets it apart from the coastal suburbs. This is larger-block, family-home country on the bush edge, home to the Northern Beaches Hospital and the Glenrose centre, and the moves are mostly whole-house jobs on generous blocks. Being inland, it has no beach access challenge and no B-Line, but it has its own routing catch: the suburb is served by the Wakehurst Parkway and Forest Way, and the Wakehurst Parkway floods and is under an $85 million upgrade with major roadworks from mid-2026, so the main corridors here can be disrupted by wet weather and works. The larger blocks can also mean long driveways and a carry from the street, so we plan the staging and the carry route. There is no train anywhere on the beaches, so it is a road move on these inland corridors, and we keep an eye on the Wakehurst status for timing. It is a settled, family-held area where careful whole-house moves are the norm.
